Wireline Competition Bureau Announces Release of Final Lifeline Biennial Audit Plan

The Wireline Competition Bureau, in collaboration with the Office of Managing Director, has developed standardized procedures for independent biennial audits of eligible telecommunications carriers to ensure the federal universal service fund is protected from waste, fraud, and abuse.
