FCC Announces OMB Approval for Spectrum-Based Services in Rural Areas

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to implement revised requirements for rural telephone companies to provide spectrum-based services for a period of three years, as outlined in FCC 04-166.
