Wireless Telecommunications Bureau Asks for Public Feedback on Petition to Repeal Forbearance and Create Rules for Inter-Provider Roaming Rates

The Federal Communications Commission is seeking public comments on a petition filed by NTCH, Inc. to repeal the Commission's exemption from certain rules governing Commercial Mobile Radio Service providers and to establish rules that would make it possible for wireless carriers to set their own inter-provider roaming rates.
