FCC Announces Approval of Information Collection for IP Captioned Telephone Service Rules

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has announced that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved the information collection for the Commission's document regarding the misuse of Internet Protocol (IP) captioned telephone service, telecommunications relay services, and speech-to-speech services for individuals with hearing and speech disabilities, for a period of six months. The document is consistent with the previously published Report and Order, which outlined the effective date of the rules.
