FCC Announces Approval of U-NII Device Regulations

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has announced that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved the information collection requirements for Unlicensed National Information Infrastructure (U-NII) Devices in the 5 GHz Band for a period of three years, following an approval by OMB on August 27, 2014.
