FCC Issues Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for Telecommunications Relay Services and Speech-to-Speech Services

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comment on proposed changes to the definition of Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS) and the elimination of certain mandatory minimum standards, as mandated by the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010 (CVAA).
