Establishment of Downloadable Security Technology Advisory Committee Under Federal Advisory Committee Act

The U.S. government is establishing a new advisory committee, the Downloadable Security Technology Advisory Committee, to provide guidance on downloadable security for devices accessing multichannel video programming services, as mandated by the STELA Reauthorization Act of 2014.
