Federal Communications Commission Seeks Public Comment on Information Collection

The FCC is requesting public comment on an information collection as part of its effort to reduce paperwork burdens, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and is seeking feedback on the necessity of the collection, its burden estimate, and ways to minimize its impact on small businesses.
