FDA Publishes Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Produce Standards Rule
The FDA is seeking public comment on a new rule establishing standards for growing, harvesting, packing, and holding of produce for human consumption, and will hold a public meeting to discuss the draft environmental impact statement.
