FDA Announces Draft Memorandum of Understanding for Compounded Human Drug Products

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public comment on a new draft standard Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that outlines the responsibilities of states in investigating and responding to complaints related to compounded human drug products distributed outside their borders, and in addressing the interstate distribution of excessive amounts of these products.
