FDA Corrects Final Rule on Administrative Detention of Drugs

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is correcting a final rule regarding the detention of drugs intended for human or animal use, which was published with incorrect information about its impact on small entities, and amends the scope of FDA's regulatory hearing procedures to include administrative detention of drugs.
