NYSE Arca Proposes Rule Change to Allow Users to Bypass Non-Regulation Market Centers

NYSE Arca, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change to amend its NYSE Arca Equities Rule 7.37, allowing users to instruct the exchange to bypass non-regulation NMS protected market centers when routing away trades.
