FDA Hosts Public Workshop to Discuss Non-Microbial Biomarkers for Infection Diagnosis

The FDA is hosting a public workshop to gather input from stakeholders on non-microbial biomarkers for differentiating viral from bacterial infections and for diagnosis and assessment of sepsis, with the goal of developing regulatory science for in vitro diagnostics.
