FDA Requests Comments on Proposed Rule for Nicotine Exposure Warnings and Child-Resistant Packaging for Tobacco Products

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public input on proposed regulations requiring nicotine exposure warnings and child-resistant packaging for liquid nicotine and nicotine-containing e-liquids, as well as other tobacco products, in an effort to reduce youth access and exposure to tobacco products.
