FDA Releases Draft Guidance on Third-Party Auditor Accreditation for Food Safety Audits

The FDA has made available a draft guidance document outlining model accreditation standards for third-party auditors and certification bodies conducting food safety audits, with the aim of improving food safety under the FSMA.
