FDA Announces Fee Rates for Reinspections and Recalls under FSMA for Fiscal Year 2016

The FDA is setting fee rates for domestic and foreign facility reinspections, recall failures, and importer reinspections authorized by the FD&C Act, effective October 1, 2015, through September 30, 2016, as part of the FSMA regulations.
