FDA Announces Revised Fees for Export Certificates for Medical Devices
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is increasing the fees for issuing export certificates for medical devices, from $15 to $85, to cover its rising costs and ensure the program remains self-sustaining, as mandated by the FDA Export Reform and Enhancement Act of 1996 (EREA). The changes take effect immediately.
