FDA Requests Public Comment on Proposed Changes to Safety Labeling Requirements

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public input on proposed changes to safety labeling requirements for approved drugs and biological products, which must be implemented in accordance with Section 505(o)(4) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act).
