FDA Releases Guidance on Environmental Assessments for Tobacco Products
The FDA has made available a new guidance document to help small businesses comply with recent changes to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) regulations, allowing certain tobacco product marketing applications to be exempt from environmental assessments and impact statements.
