FDA Announces Draft Guidance for Industry on Sunscreen Innovation Act Withdrawal Process

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has released a draft guidance document outlining the process for withdrawing 586A requests and pending requests under the Sunscreen Innovation Act, which aims to streamline the review of nonprescription sunscreen active ingredients for inclusion in the over-the-counter (OTC) sunscreen drug monograph.
