FDA Releases Draft Guidance for Nonprescription Sunscreen Products Under Sunscreen Innovation Act

The FDA has published a draft guidance outlining its approach to reviewing safety and efficacy data for nonprescription sunscreen products, in line with the Sunscreen Innovation Act, to determine if an active ingredient is generally recognized as safe and effective.
