FDA Releases Final Environmental Impact Statement and Record of Decision for Produce Standards

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has released the Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and Record of Decision (ROD) for new standards on the growing, harvesting, packing, and holding of produce for human consumption. The documents are now available for public review in Docket No. FDA-2014-N-2244.
