FDA Withdraws Draft Guidance for Industry on Acidified Foods

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is withdrawing its draft guidance for industry on acidified foods, citing that many topics are now covered in other documents, and will no longer provide voluntary submission of process filings for non-acidified foods.
