Coast Guard Releases Guidance on New Merchant Mariner Certificate Regulations

The US Coast Guard has made available ten new Navigation and Vessel Inspection Circulars (NVICs) to implement changes to merchant mariner certificate regulations, aligning with the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers and national endorsements.
