Coast Guard Proposes Amendments to Maumee River Regulations for Annual Dragon Boat and Frogtown Races

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing to establish two Special Local Regulations on the Maumee River in Toledo, Ohio, to ensure public safety during the annual Dragon Boat Races and Frogtown Races, which take place in the Captain of the Port Detroit Zone.
