DHS Proposes Updates to H-1B1, CW-1, E-3, and EB-1 Nonimmigrant Regulations

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is proposing rule changes to simplify the process for nonimmigrant high-skilled workers from Chile, Singapore, Australia, and the Northern Mariana Islands, allowing them to work without additional authorization and extending their stay with timely employer filings.
