U.S. Introduces Interim Final Rule for APEC Business Travel Card Program

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has established the U.S. Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Business Travel Card Program, which allows qualified U.S. business travelers and government officials to access fast-track immigration lanes at participating airports in the APEC region, with the program set to expire by September 29, 2021, unless extended.
