Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Safety Zone for Bullhead City River Regatta

The U.S. Coast Guard plans to create a temporary safety zone along the Colorado River in Bullhead City, Arizona, to ensure the safety of participants in the annual Bullhead City River Regatta, scheduled to take place on August 9, 2014.
