DEA Receives Application from Spocannabis LLC to Manufacture Controlled Substances

The Drug Enforcement Administration has received an application from Spocannabis LLC to be registered as a bulk manufacturer of Schedule I controlled substances, and plans to establish regulations for growing marihuana for scientific and medical research purposes.
