DOJ's ATF Submits Information Collection Request for Revised Special Agent Medical Preplacement Form

The Department of Justice's Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is requesting OMB approval for a revised version of its Special Agent Medical Preplacement form, which has seen an increase in respondents, public burden hours, and mailing costs since its last renewal in 2017, and now requires a new mailing address.
