Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for Criminal Cases in State Courts

The Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Statistics, is seeking OMB approval for a new information collection, Criminal Cases in State Courts, which will collect data on interpreters in court proceedings, following a 60-day public comment period that received seven comments.
