DEA Proposes Fee Adjustments for Controlled Substance and List I Chemical Registrants

The Drug Enforcement Administration is proposing changes to its registration and reregistration fee schedule to cover the costs of its Diversion Control Program, which oversees the manufacture, distribution, and control of controlled substances and list I chemicals, as mandated by the Controlled Substances Act.
