Temporary Placement of Fentanyl-Related Substances in Schedule I; Correction

The Drug Enforcement Administration temporarily scheduled fentanyl-related substances in Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act, initially set to expire on February 6, 2020, but later extended to May 6, 2021, under the Emergency Scheduling of Fentanyl Analogues Act, and now corrected to reflect a new expiration date mandated by Congress.
