DEA Provides Notice of Application for Bulk Marihuana Manufacturing

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is notifying the public of an application submitted by Absolute Standards, Inc. to manufacture marihuana in bulk for scientific and medical research purposes, in accordance with proposed regulations that would govern this program.
