DEA Receives Application from Groff NA Hemplex LLC to Manufacture Controlled Substances

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has received an application from Groff NA Hemplex LLC to be registered as a bulk manufacturer of controlled substances, including those listed in Schedule I, and will evaluate it in accordance with proposed regulations governing marihuana research.
