Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for U.S. Marshals Service Personnel or Programs

The Department of Justice, in conjunction with the U.S. Marshals Service, is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget for a new information collection request, following a complaint regarding USMS personnel or programs, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
