Department of Justice Adopts Technical Amendments to Conform to Northern Mariana Islands U.S. Workforce Act of 2018

The Department of Justice is updating its regulations to align with changes introduced by the Northern Mariana Islands U.S. Workforce Act of 2018, which extended the asylum bar in the CNMI by fifteen years until January 1, 2030.
