DOJ Proposes Update to EOIR-003 System for Attorney Discipline Records

The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) within the US Department of Justice (DOJ) is proposing to update and reissue its EOIR-003 Practitioner Complaint-Disciplinary Files system, now renamed the Attorney Discipline System, to reflect expanded functionality and new routine uses.
