U.S. Government Seeks Final Judgment Against Investment Firm Over Alleged Antitrust Violations

The U.S. Department of Justice has proposed a final judgment against Odyssey Investment Partners Fund V, LP and its affiliates, alleging they engaged in anticompetitive practices, and is seeking to prevent the firm from engaging in future anti-competitive behavior
