DEA to Temporarily Schedule Isotonitazene as Schedule I Controlled Substance

The Acting Administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration is issuing a notice of intent to publish a temporary order to temporarily schedule isotonitazene, a synthetic compound also known as isotonitazene, under the Controlled Substances Act, imposing strict regulatory controls and penalties on those who handle or manufacture it.
