FBI Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Criminal Justice Information Services Division is requesting OMB review and approval for a revision of several information collection forms, including those related to arrest and institution records, identity history summaries, and palm print records, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
