DEA Proposes Scheduling N-Ethylpentylone as Schedule I Controlled Substance

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is proposing to place N-ethylpentylone, also known as ephylone, in Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act, subject to certain conditions, and would make permanent existing regulatory controls and sanctions for handling this substance.
