DOJ's EOIR Submits Information Collection Request for Accreditation of Non-Attorney Representatives

The Department of Justice's Executive Office for Immigration Review is requesting OMB approval for a new information collection form, EOIR-31A, which will be used for accreditation and renewal of non-attorney representatives, following a previously published notice in the Federal Register on October 20, 2020.
