DEA Proposes Rule to Allow Partial Filling of Schedule II Prescription Medications

The Drug Enforcement Administration is proposing new regulations to implement the partial filling of prescriptions for Schedule II controlled substances, as mandated by the Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act of 2016, which went into effect on July 22, 2016.
