Department of Justice Requests OMB Approval for ATF Form 5400.5 Information Collection

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking OMB approval for a new information collection request, specifically ATF Form 5400.5, which is used to report theft or loss of explosive materials, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
