ATF Publishes Guidelines for Firearms with Stabilizing Braces

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) is publishing guidelines for classifying firearms with stabilizing braces to determine if they are subject to the National Firearms Act (NFA) and/or the Gun Control Act (GCA). The agency invites public comment on the proposed guidance before issuing a final document.
