ATF Withdraws Guidance on Classifying Weapons with Stabilizing Braces

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) has withdrawn its notice and request for comments on classifying weapons with stabilizing braces, previously published on December 18, 2020.
