Federal Highway Administration Issues Notice for Environmental Impact Statement on I-90 Corridor Project

The Federal Highway Administration is preparing an Environmental Impact Statement for a proposed project to manage congestion on I-90 between I-5 and I-405, and fund the SR 520 Bridge Replacement and HOV Program, with a scoping period from October 7, 2013 to November 6, 2013.
