EDGX Exchange, Inc. Seeks Approval to Allow Foreign Traders to Register on Its Platform

EDGX Exchange, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change to enable the registration of authorized traders from foreign countries who have passed equivalent examination modules to the Series 7 examination, allowing them to qualify and trade on its platform.
