Federal Highway Administration Rescinds Environmental Impact Statement Notice for State Route 71 in Tennessee
The Federal Highway Administration is withdrawing its notice to prepare an environmental impact statement for the proposed State Route 71 project in Tennessee, which was initially published on May 1, 2007.
